Dr. Harvey Pinkney serves as Director of the Energy Solutions Division for UAM Power, where he leads the company’s Building Performance and Energy Efficiency initiatives. As a BPI Building Analyst Professional and Building Analyst Technician, Dr. Pinkney specializes in whole-building diagnostics, ASHRAE energy assessments, weatherization, building envelope optimization, and utility incentive programs. His expertise includes blower door testing, infrared thermography, air sealing, insulation strategies, HVAC efficiency improvements, and developing comprehensive energy solutions that reduce operating costs while increasing building value. Working with commercial, multifamily, nonprofit, and residential clients, he helps property owners improve comfort, lower utility expenses, and maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) through practical, performance-based energy improvements before renewable energy systems are considered.
